Used for application hosting, networking, runtime, deployment, and operating-system infrastructure needed to run the Afrastic frontend and backend services.
Used for relational data storage, backup generation, restore support, metrics, and operational continuity for customer accounts and platform records.
Used for files such as gym assets, member photos, generated documents, exports, receipts, and other uploaded or generated objects where configured.
Used to send account activation, password reset, notification, support, invoice, and service emails when email is configured for the deployment.
Used to connect WhatsApp sessions, send or schedule customer-authorized messages, manage templates, process delivery status, and maintain communication logs.
Used for application monitoring, operational logs, health checks, alerting, security review, support workflows, error diagnosis, and customer success operations.
Afrastic may add or replace subprocessors as the service evolves. Where a customer agreement requires notice, Afrastic will provide notice according to that agreement.
