Afrastic uses these technologies for the public site, the admin app, authentication, security, preferences, and product operation.

• Keep users signed in and route them to the right workspace.
• Protect accounts, sessions, CSRF-sensitive flows, 2FA, and security controls.
• Remember preferences such as theme, interface scale, selected workspace, and recently used settings.
• Maintain reliable app behavior across page reloads and browser sessions.

Afrastic deployments may use performance, diagnostics, and analytics storage to understand product reliability, page performance, errors, and aggregate usage patterns.

Analytics should be configured to respect the customer agreement, applicable privacy requirements, and any cookie consent controls used for the deployment.

Afrastic does not need marketing cookies to run the core app. If marketing pixels, campaign attribution, or advertising tools are enabled on the public site, they should be disclosed and controlled through the deployment cookie preferences.

• Blocking essential cookies or local storage may prevent sign-in, security checks, preferences, and app workflows from working correctly.
• If a cookie consent banner is enabled for your region or deployment, use it to update non-essential cookie choices.
